The 8th Networking Meeting Held at Medeniyet Technopark

The 8th Networking Meeting, hosted by Istanbul Medeniyet University Medeniyet Technopark, was held on January 9, 2026, at the Medeniyet Technopark Tuzla Campus. The event, which brought together entrepreneurs, company representatives, and ecosystem stakeholders, featured companies presenting their projects, while startups that stood out for their performance throughout 2025 were also awarded.

Ali Ramazan Tak, Secretary General of Istanbul Medeniyet University and General Manager of Medeniyet Technopark, delivered the opening speech of the program, highlighting Medeniyet Technopark's contributions to the entrepreneurship ecosystem, the importance of inter-company cooperation, and the outputs achieved throughout 2025. Emphasizing that technoparks are not just workspaces but also strategic ecosystems where collaborations are born and grow, Tak stated that Medeniyet Teknopark hosts projects that generate value on a national and international scale through the support it offers to entrepreneurs.

Next, Prof. Dr. Gülfettin Çelik, Rector of Istanbul Medeniyet University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medeniyet Technopark, addressed the participants. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Çelik emphasized the importance of university-industry collaboration for Turkey's development goals and stated that the innovative projects developed within Medeniyet Technopark contribute to economic and technological transformation.

During the Technopark Presentations section of the program, Medeniyet Technopark's activities throughout 2025, prominent projects, and roadmap for the coming period were shared with participants.

Subsequently, Aposkal, Gözcü Mobil, and Kodiks, companies operating within Medeniyet Teknopark, introduced their products, services, and collaboration opportunities with short and focused presentations. The company presentations were followed with interest by the participants.

As part of the "Best of 2025" section, one of the important parts of the meeting, a short video titled "Our Ecosystem in 2025" was shown. Following this, awards were presented in the categories of "Most Active Company in Global Markets of the Year," "Sales Champion of the Year," and "Most Collaborative Company of the Year." The plaques were presented by Istanbul Medeniyet University Rector Prof. Dr. Gülfettin Çelik, Istanbul Medeniyet University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yaşar Bülbül, and Istanbul Medeniyet University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Sarıoğlu.

Following the official part of the program, participants gathered for a networking event around the fire. During this part of the event, which included a sausage and bread reception accompanied by tea and coffee, entrepreneurs and company representatives had the opportunity to meet in a friendly atmosphere and evaluate opportunities for cooperation.

Medeniyet Technopark officials stated that networking meetings aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem and increasing inter-company collaborations will continue in the coming period.
