Under the cooperation protocol, the 3rd Age University Program will be implemented first. The program, which aims to strengthen the participation of individuals aged 60 and over in social life and improve their quality of life with up-to-date knowledge and skills, includes multifaceted training such as healthy living and nutrition, social and cultural activities, art and sports activities, seminars and workshops, and meetings with university academics. Centered on the concept of lifelong learning, the "Third Age University Program" provides participants with a social and academic meeting point, supporting them in leading productive, active, and healthy lives even in old age.
Within the scope of the cooperation protocol, the TEKNOGENÇ: From Idea to Entrepreneurship Program, which aims to integrate young people into the entrepreneurship ecosystem, will also be implemented. Led by Medeniyet Teknopark, this program was created to discover the innovative ideas of high school students in Kadıköy and help them take their first steps in the entrepreneurial process. In this program, academics who are experts in their fields and industry representatives will come together with high school students. Through training in business idea development, innovative thinking, project management, teamwork, and technology-focused entrepreneurship, the program aims to enhance young people's entrepreneurial skills, nurture them as productive and innovative individuals, and strengthen cooperation between universities, the public sector, and the private sector. Students who receive basic entrepreneurship training through this program will participate in various competitions with the projects they develop and will be able to transform their innovative ideas into tangible products and projects. At the end of the camp, successful students will have the opportunity to start their own companies or take a strong step into their professional lives by finding employment in different sectors.
Through meaningful projects carried out in line with our university's vision of contributing to society, we are demonstrating our determination to improve the quality of education and make educational opportunities available to all segments of society.
