The Faculty of Education Sciences at Istanbul Medeniyet University organized a seminar on "Privacy Education in Childhood" for students of the Basic Education, Preschool Teaching, and Classroom Teaching Departments. The event was held on December 15, 2025, at the Red Hall of the Central Classroom Building at the Göztepe North Campus, with the participation of Associate Dean of the Faculty of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Fakioğlu Bağcı, and faculty members.

The event, presented by creative drama teacher Funda Kazankaya, included theoretical knowledge transfer as well as extensive practical examples. The program, conducted in an interactive format, invited students to the stage to participate in drama activities. The workshop, which also effectively addressed the use of books and music in education, provided teacher candidates with the opportunity to learn firsthand how to instill a sense of privacy in children.

Aiming to equip future educators with professional skills and combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications, the training made significant contributions to the career development of teacher candidates.
