Our Rector Prof. Dr. Gülfettin Çelik and our General Secretary Ali Ramazan Tak, together with a delegation including Deputy General Secretary Mehmet Kemal Çakır and personnel from the Construction and Technical Affairs Department, visited the Orhanlı Campus and inspected the construction sites of the Dental Faculty Extension Building and the Dormitory Building, both of which are currently under construction.

During the site visit, the current status of the ongoing work was evaluated on site. The delegation received comprehensive information from the technical team and contractor company officials regarding the progress of the projects and discussed issues related to the execution of the construction processes according to the planned schedule. The compliance of the work with quality standards, occupational safety practices, and technical infrastructure processes were reviewed in detail.

With the completion of the Dentistry Faculty Extension Building, it is aimed to further strengthen our university's education and application capacity in the field of health. The building, which will be equipped with modern classrooms, clinical practice areas, and technical equipment, is intended to provide our students and academic staff with a high-quality education and service environment. During the visit, the physical progress of the building and the equipment planning processes were also evaluated.

The delegation then moved on to the construction site of the Dormitory Building under construction at the Orhanlı Campus. Within the framework of the project carried out to increase students' accommodation opportunities, capacity planning, social facilities, common use spaces, and technical infrastructure elements were discussed. With the completion of the dormitory building, it is anticipated that campus life will become more holistic and sustainable.

During the visit, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Gülfettin Çelik, stated that the investments implemented at the Orhanlı Campus are an important part of the university's academic and physical development vision. Noting that projects related to education, research, and student life are being meticulously followed, Çelik emphasized the importance of completing the planned work within the specified schedule.

The inspections concluded with mutual consultations following technical evaluations conducted on site. With the completion of the ongoing investments at the Orhanlı Campus, the university aims to further strengthen its physical infrastructure and increase its student-focused service capacity.
