Ali Ramazan Tak, Secretary General of Istanbul Medeniyet University, presented certificates of appreciation and flowers to university staff who stood out for their courage, dedication, and hard work in 2025.

During the presentation ceremony, Egemen Kılıçarslan from the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate, Serap Kaymakçı, Branch Manager from the Library and Documentation Directorate, and Fatih Cemiloğlu from the Protection and Security Branch Directorate were honored with certificates of appreciation and flowers for their contributions to the university's service processes and their exemplary work with a sense of duty.

Our Secretary General, Ali Ramazan Tak, emphasized that the university's institutional structure is strengthened by the efforts of employees who fulfill their duties and responsibilities with great diligence and a high sense of institutional belonging. Stating that the dedicated and selfless work carried out is one of the fundamental elements of institutional success, Tak noted that making such efforts visible and appreciating them both increases work motivation and directly contributes to service quality. Our Secretary General also stated that an institutional understanding that values labor is of great importance in terms of creating sustainable success and a strong work culture.
