To the Attention of our Students Placed by 2019 DGS Exam

Our students who were placed in our University according to the 2019 DGS (External Transfer Exam) exam results will be able to register in person from 9 to 13 September 2019 by bringing the required documents given below after filling in the Pre-Registration Form or e-register through the E-government website.

a) Printout of the ÖSYS (DGS) Exam Result

b) 6 (six) newly taken photographs of 4.5 x 6 cm

c) A notary approved copy of the high school or associate degree diploma or the diploma [a newly issued graduation certificate if the diploma has not been issued yet] (Certificates of achievement do not substitute for graduation certificates.)

Substitution of Associate Degree Courses

Students are required to apply their faculties for exemption/substitution until 01.10.2019 with their transcripts showing the courses they took during associate education along with course contents.

NOTE: The deadline for submitting the original registration documents is 27 September 2019, Friday. This is the final date for the newly registered students to submit their documents in person to our Department of Student Affairs.
