Permanent Worker Hiring
As per the Presidential decision dated 08.11.2018 no 2018/227, our University had been given the permission for extramural appointments and the permanent worker positions had been announced by İŞKUR. Among the candidates who applied to these positions between 02.07.2019 and 08.07.2019, some principal and reserve candidates were selected by lot on 11.07.2019 at 10:00 under the supervision of Kadıköy 18th Public Notary as per article 12 of the “Regulation on the Methods and Principles of Worker Hiring in Public Institutions”. Below are the lists of these principal and reserve candidates who are entitled to oral examination to be employed in contractual worker positions and the list of the applicants from among the priority candidates according to paragraph (b) of article 11 of the abovementioned regulation.
The candidates are required to submit their professional documents in person until 16:00 on 17.07.2019 Wednesday to the Personnel Department of our University. Applications through postal mail are not accepted.
Note: The candidates who were selected by lot are required to have submitted the documents given below before the oral examination. Candidates who fail to do so will not be taken to the oral examination.
Original Diploma and its Copy
A copy of the ID card
Certificate of Residence
Private Security Basic Training Certificate and Security Card (for Security Staff applications)
Document proving that the candidate has worked as a security staff for a minimum of two years (for Security Staff applications)
Document proving a minimum professional experience of three years (for Cooling and Heating Systems Maintenance and Repair Staff)
Document showing that the candidate possesses the minimum professional knowledge and skills or professional document (certificate etc.) (for Electricians and Office Machinery Maintenance and Repair Staff)
