Recruitment of students from abroad is carried out in accordance with the Istanbul Medeniyet University Directive on Application, Admission and Registration of International Student Candidates for Undergraduate Programs.

In addition to these documents, the Turkish Proficiency Certificate obtained from the Turkish Language Teaching Centers of universities or Yunus Emre Institute within the last two (2) years, if any, can be uploaded to the system. Students who have the right to enroll in Turkish Programs must study Turkish Preparatory Education if they do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate.

Achievement score:
For Tables 1 and 2, evaluation will be made according to TR-YÖS results.
For Table 3, evaluation will be made according to GCE A Level Scores.
2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR TUITION FEES FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
After the "Decision on the determination of the contributions and tuition fees to be taken as student contribution to the current service costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2025-2026 Academic Year" is published in the Official Gazette by the Presidency, it will be calculated as 2 (two) times the current service cost of the faculties.
NOTES :
1 - The total tuition fee will be divided into two, fall and spring.
2- Students enrolled in our university from the quota of foreign students will be charged tuition fees regardless of country.
3- Students applying to the Faculty of Medicine are required to select only the group suitable for their nationality from the 5 groups that appear on the application screen. If you select the wrong group, your application will not be considered.
4- In accordance with the Turkish Citizenship Law, candidates who are Turkish citizens by birth but have lost Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission to renounce Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, candidates who certify that they have a blue card issued to those who have lost Turkish citizenship upon request, and candidates who have received their high school education abroad (except TRNC), and candidates with dual nationality, one of whose nationality is Turkish citizenship, will not exceed 10% of the quota of the programs mentioned in the enrollment to the Teaching and Medicine programs.
Application results will be announced to the candidates on our University website and the website of the Registrar's Office.
